FANCY YARN DEPARTMENT
In the 10,000 m2 e Avcılar facility we produce with our 70 employees all kinds of fancy yarns, which are called as Bouclee, frizeé , burl, flame etc. with our Sauer Allma fancy yarn mashines. At our Avcılar facility we have 11 modern effectyarnmaschines from 32 to 90 spindle + fibre preparation and combed yarn plant with an additional capacity of 1000kg per day.
Our fancy yarns are produced in different quality compositions, such as cotton, acrylic, viscose, rayon, polyester, polyamid , wool, angora, linen , Lycra etc. from 1 Nm to 20 Nm.
Our monthly capacity is 150,000 kg. With our '' brushing ‘’ and `' bulking '' possibilities our yarns become more softer and get some adorable touches. With the effect yarn machines simpleyarns and fibres converted to fashionable, innovative boucklee yarns, burls or multcolour boucleés and friseé yarns.
The effect yarns of Akmen can be used in much spreads ranges as in the flat knitting (pulluver,cardigan etc.) or circular knitting industries (T-shirts,sw.shirts etc.) and in the weawing ranges, like clothing, home textiles, carpets etc.as well , whereby we use theseyarns of our production in our circular knitting fabric department.
